Chef Johnny began his career with Maggiano’s Little Italy in 1998 where he was instrumental in opening three successful Maggiano’s restaurants in Texas and quickly became a Senior Manager of Culinary Research and Development.
Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Chef Johnny enjoys playing golf and being outdoors. He particularly loves spending time with his wife Anna and his two daughters, Layla & Morgan, who are already in the kitchen cooking with Dad. Layla claims that no one’s spaghetti is as good her Dad’s, while Morgan likes anything her Dad prepares. He loves cooking, hunting and fishing and if he wasn’t a chef, he would be a hunting guide.
